Bald Head Island

Noel and I celebrated our 10 year anniversary on June 1.  Both of these pictures were taken at the Raleigh LDS temple.....10 years brought a lot of fun changes for our family!

Noel and I always said, when we first got married, that we'd spend our 10 year anniversary in London or on some fancy island.  Those years went by pretty fast.  Being fresh out of law school and having 4 little children, one of them a newborn, that London/fancy island trip didn't happen, but we did take the whole crew down to Bald Head Island.

We loved it so much that we're planning on going back every year from now on.  The island is beautiful and so nicely secluded from everyone and everything.  When we were leaving the island, and came up on all the restaurants and people and traffic, we realized just how nice it was to be away from all of that for a while.

Baby Sae's Blessing Day

We had baby Sadie's blessing on Mother's Day and it was such a special day.  Our family and friends joined us at church where Noel gave our sweet precious girl the most beautiful blessing and afterwards we had lunch at our house.  Here are some pictures from the day.
