Last weekend, my great friend, Catie and I went to Gather in downtown Raleigh for a flower crown workshop. I've always wanted to make one, but never have, and loved it so much. The space was gorgeous and it was really fun to work with so many gorgeous flowers.
Catie and I have known each other for forever and always have so much fun reminiscing and laughing and talking for literally hours.

This crown got a lot of use! I wore it to my special Mother's Day lunch with my boys the next day and then dropped it off at my friend's house for her cutie pie daughter to play with.

My sister got married in a flower crown instead of a veil, so I've had a soft spot for them ever since!! Looks like such a fun activity, and you look adorable :)
What a fun day! I would love to make a real flower crwon someday (though my daughter made me a pretty daisy one on Mother's Day!)
