Teachers work ridiculously hard and I try my best to show them that I appreciate them. Even though it's a few weeks into school, I'm kinda/sorta just getting into the swing of things. I created this questionnaire for my boys' teachers so I could find out what they liked!
I absolutely loved the look of this questionnaire, but decided to revamp it with questions that worked a little better for me. I also left a space at the bottom for a personal note (you can definitely just leave it blank, though!)

OMG. I love you. This year has been my roughest transition yet. Not quite sure why other than there are a variety or new stressors for me. This is so sweet - I know your sons' teachers appreciate it.
