Even though I've been taking this "Power Step" class for over a month now, I still feel like a 1st episode contestant of the Biggest Loser during it. #toreup It is THE hardest workout class I've ever taken, and my friend, Melinda, who teaches the class is hard. core. (She also teaches a Body Combat class, which is kind of like a kickboxing class, and I always joke slash I'm totally serious about calling her up if I ever find myself in a West Side Story style street fight. She is amazing!)
Even though I am a total disaster mess after the class, I still have my bright pink Lululemon head band (that my sister, Jessica got me for my birthday!) to give me some pep in my step.
A great accessory seems to make everything a little better, right?!
