I know lots of people got a little bit of cabin fever during our snow days, but I loved every second of it. One major accomplishment was that I decluttered and organized my closet. I took 4 garbage bags full of clothes and shoes out afterwards...such a good feeling! While I was cleaning my closet, the boys were going through my bookshelf, this eCard is so true! :), and we had a fun time going through my old journals...I used to be so faithful with journal writing. This bucket list fell out of one of them, and I thought it was really interesting. I wrote it about a year after Noel and I were married.
1. Have another wedding with an amazing photographer. (I was still bitter about our wedding photographer being terrible...ahhh, he was awful.)
2. Have a 1-on-1 conversation with Mia Michaels.
3. Have an award named after me.
4. Have dance be the class people fight over to get on their schedule. (I was teaching high school at the time.)
5. Ride in a gondola in Italy.
6. Visit art museums in Europe.
7. Have all my kids marry their soulmate in the temple.
8. Take someone's breath away. (Kinda sweet, but mostly dramatic.)
9. Be taken on a surprise visit to Tiffany's to pick out a new ring. (Yes, Sweet Home Alabama is one of my all-time favorite movies.)
10. Attend a performance by the Royal Ballet.
11. Choreograph a show for Broadway.
12. Stay in a bed and breakfast at the beach. (Which Noel and I actually did a year after I wrote this!)
I think I want to accomplish #6 next....anyone up for a trip to Europe?! :)

I know exactly how you feel about wanting a wedding do-over with a better photographer. Wish we had sprung for a pro instead of a student.
But #6? I'm in!
I wasn't happy with my wedding photos either so I can relate! And YES to Europe!

I know what you mean about #1! For me, it wasn’t the photographer… he did an amazing job. It was everything else! My mom had complete control (since I’m an only child and had no backbone at the time) over the planning of my wedding, from the cake, the locations, and the menu. UGH! Yes, I’m still very bitter 8 years later. I also share #5, 6, 7, 9, & 10 with you! I can’t wait for hubby to start making the big $$ so we can make that happen!
Europe? Yes please. That is also one of my destinations on my bucket list.
Thanks for sharing a little insight! And I'm totally up for six. Over due for a trip back to Europe!
Preach. Our photographer was a lovely man, but photography was definitely a hobby, not a profession. Our photos are unfortunate.
this is awesome that you found this! and I'm always up for a trip to europe!
Fly to meeee!!! I'm compiling a list of good places for you to hit up when you make your way over here!
We can use my flat as base camp for this European art museum tour! x
Isn't it so much fun to happen upon lists like this! Like a walk down memory lane... And duh, I'm never one to turn down a trip to Europe :)
I can totally relate to a terrible photographer! As in walking out of the temple and finding out the photographer didn't show up! Luckily my brother had his SLR with him to save the day, but that's a redo I would love!

I've always wanted to stay in a bed and breakfast. I blame Gilmore Girls for that!
Oh, what a good find! I also hated my wedding photographer (and a bunch of other details from our wedding), and would love a redo!
I can totally related to #1! Our wedding was super low budget so there are a lot of things I'd change. Like getting married in the age of Pinterest. ;) But seriously, a better photographer would be at the top of my list. There wasn't anything creative about the photos. We basically just ended up with mediocre snapshots that any one of my guests could have taken with a disposable camera. :(
Good for you for being so productive with your snow days. I have so much organizing to do, but just have no motivation to do it....at all!! Nice list! Hope you get to accomplish all of these one day!!
I'd go to Europe in a heart beat!
You sound like me -- if I'm stuck in the house, I clean and organize! On Saturday, we took a TON of bags to Goodwill and there's still more I have to take this week.
Yes yes yessss to the Euro trip!!! This is amazing! :) I love finding old stuff like this? I hope the 4 bags of old clothes you "took out" are on their way to me?? ;)
Loved this!! Writing out goals (whether small or big ones) is always so much fun!
how fun! I need to make one of these!
It's good to look back and see how things really change in a small or large amount of period of time!
How awesome!
