My sister was in the process of packing for her trip out west this summer, and she left her suitcase wide open...and unaccounted for. Mistake. Thanks to her and to Priscilla for posting a version of the outfit last week, this outfit was born. I was nice, and actually told my sister that I was going to be taking her stuff. She was ok with it..especially since I found several things of mine in those suitcases. :-) Sisterly love.
I'm so excited to be working with 3 of my favorite fashionistas again this week for our June Summer Style Series.
This week we are featuring Summer Hats! I never thought I could rock a hat, and have the hardest time finding a hat that fits my abnormally large head, but when I tried this fedora on at Charming Charlie's, and saw that it was only $4, I decided to go for it! So glad I did, because I've really been enjoying wearing it.
I'm loving how these ladies are rocking their summer hats!

yay hats! i have a soft spot for them and have recently been wearing the heck out of my panama hat. which i got at target in the men's section. if you have a hard time finding one that fits your head, check the target men's section, the hats are a little bigger and still super summery [fedoras and panama hats galore!].

Love it! I have about 3 summer fedoras I like to rock in the summer. Ironically, I never wear these hats to the beach anymore because the wind always tries to blow it away haha!

Oh my goodness I am so guilty of that... In fact as I recall I swiped my sisters chambray when she was home last too!! I don't know what I'm going to do when I move to Charleston because I don't really have my own wardrobe. It's just a big mix of me and my sister's clothing. Oh no! Guess I won't go ;) Also, you just always know what I want fashion wise. I have been trying to pull off the hat look for weeks now.
I have a yellow fedora that I love and a big straw floppy hat...mainly for the beach. oh and somtimes I steal/ wear my husband's baseball hats haha

I love this! I totally want a summer fedora. I just purchased an absolutely ridiculously large floppy hat to wear on the beach this summer, and I'm kind of obsessed with it. It is way over the top, but perfect for protecting me from these Hawaii rays. This is a great series, Ashley!
