Getting them ready

(No, I will never stop quoting Pitch Perfect.  Don't you love that man split?!)

The boys had a great time at basketball camp.  I love them being able to run and exercise in a huge space, and how they are taught to perform a skill.  The teacher had them stand on a square, and with a triangle out right in front of them, taught them to bounce the ball on the triangle and then catch it.  Bounce, catch.  Yes, we are still practicing for that future scholarship for fun.

Hope you all had a great weekend!!
Go here to see if you won the monogrammed earrings.
Linking up with Molly.

How adorable. My parents put me in gymnastics and dance to help with my coordination at an early age - I'd hate to see where I'd be without it now

The teacher should have had them all do some man splits. That is adorable! What a great idea for some fun camp time.

Or the teacher should just have them act out the movie Pitch Perfect ;)

That is SO awesome! Wow-- I'd love to put my girls in something like that. How fun. Was it sponsored by your local school district? Or parks and rec? Very cool-- I'd love to suggest a similar program in our area.

I think I need that lesson as well. My BB skills were always lacking. Sad considering my dad was a BB coach (he kind of gave up on me by 6th grade). Dancing was so much more fun!

Aww they are soooo ca-yute! It's great that you're exposing them to sports at this age. I played basketball in the 6th grade ... Lasted one game lol. Loving the man-split pic :)
