A little tired....

Dress:  c/o eShakti

I'm not going to lie....this momma is tired.  Noel has been out of town for 7 days...7 days of Walker cutting some serious teeth, and of him only being completely satisfied on my hip.  I'm hoping for a massage in my near future.  Something to renew my mind...and my body (so I can get these biceps up and running again to hold little man).

What is your favorite thing to do to renew your mind/body/spirit?

Linking up with Shanna and The Pleated Poppy.

Sleep..haha...To renew my self, I like to have a day of doing what I want to do-nothing planned. I can just sit and watch TV, browse the internet, read, or whatever I feel like doing.

I love this dress, this such a cute outfit! I know the pain of having your husband out of town... I usually either take a warm bath and watch a chick flick favorite or go to bed as soon as I out Oliver down, :) the next mor ing I feel great!!! Hope the week passes quickly for you and that you can recover quickly!

Wow! I would be tired and exhausted too! I also like massages to renew myself. And being alone helps me a lot too. All the noise and craziness of life can get overwhelming and I'm able to refuel by being alone.

I also enjoy walking on my treadmill. I "need" that every morning.

I'm actually getting a massage this Saturday. It is MUCH needed after our busy Holiday break and with our 10-day Disney vacation coming up next week!

There is nothing that renews me more than a little retail therapy by myself. I do love a massage though, it's been a very long time since I've had one. I hope you get a little rest soon!

a nice 1.5 hr hot yoga session. i know it might sound a little much, but the calm + relaxation you feel afterwards is so worth it!

Love that dress! And I don't have kids but I can still sympathize because my nephew is usually only satisfied to be held by his mommy (my sister.) this too shall pass :)

Alright, I'm just going to say it. You are a hot momma! ;) hope you can get that massage soon, I've never had one! Can you believe that?! Hey-- I think you should treat yourself to one, a great way to start the new year off right!! :)

Awh Ashley! hi! That is an easy question. SLEEP! (around 10 hours to be exact). I can't believe it but yes, that is my main rejuvenation method. hahahaha

take care! Thanks for the visit. I was in my pjs, too. We went to bed about 10:30 and set the alarm for 11:55. Got up and hugged and kissed, listened to neighbors banging pans and setting off fireworks. Even the dog was a wake and hyper for about an hour, then we all went back to bed by 1 am.

This may sound dull but when I need to feel better (after a cold or whatever) I workout then take a long hot bath by candle light. Then I get a great night of rest and wake up me (energized, happy, and free).

Love ya doll!

Oh no girl - you need to get some rest! I would recommend hiring a sitter (or your husband? ;) ) for a day and then just spending it all for yourself - napping, reading, having a cup of tea, and go for that massage you mentioned! :)

You need a good book and a cup of chai tea with cream! That's what you need! And a bubble bath. (:
