Our master bedroom had been neglected for way too long. (Take a look at that first picture.) I wanted to turn part of the room into a little office space. I got super motivated and gave the room a funky accent wall, moved the desk in...and then all the desk/office junk just sat there for months. (Take a look at the second picture.) I finally got myself together, and bought some drawer organizers (love those), and took a shelf/bookcase thing from my parent's house that my mom had set aside to give away. I still need to get a more attractive/cozier desk chair...but for now, this one will do.
I'm enjoying my new little blogging space.
And let's get real. The second I step foot in my house, the sweatpants and the t-shirt gets thrown on. Ain't nobody got time to be looking all cute at home. :-)

Nice! I wish we had room for an "office" space in our apartment. For my husband, he just spreads out all his school stuff on the dining room table (drives me crazy!)
The very first thing I do when I get home is throw on those comfy clothes too! :)

I do the same thing! When I am home, I wear my comfy pants and my hoodie. Much more practical!

looks fabulous! my room is probably the size of your closet so i have to be a little jealous of being able to combine two spaces into one! (i live in a 1930's home so it has other great elements, large bedrooms are just not one of them!). i am constantly revamping my living space because it's where we are ALL the time, playing, working, blogging, tv watching . . .

Ashley, I love it!! That wall color is super fab! We just finished revamping our home office and it's my new favorite room! Now it's time for the mud room and our bedroom. This home design stuff is not my cup of tea, but it's growing on me! :)

No I have not. I need to! Our master bedroom is hideous! Oh, airborne is a supplement that is supposed to boost your immune system. They used to only make them in tablets that dissolved in water and you had to drink it. NASTY. But now they make tablets that you can chew. I take 1-3 a day.

It's crazy how paint can make all the difference! Love the color choice! And it's true, the second I take a step inside I change right into my sweats. Sometimes putting effort into making your home presentable can be really hard.

I love your little blogging space, the blue is just perfect as is the art above your desk. I revamp our room by playing with colors. I have white sheets so I might get bright pillowcases or flowers. Items on the bedside table. Nothing major like yours (which looks like it would have been so much fun to do!)

That wall color is to die for doll and you are so right we all throw on sweats once we get in the house! I also wanted to thank you for your sweet comments my guest post on Vanisha's blog.
