The Anderson crew is having their annual beach vacation this week. It just so happens to be the week that Noel and I have conflicting schedules. I got a new calling at church on Sunday, my favorite kid sale was going on Monday morning (where I usually get ALL the boys' clothes for the next season for a great deal, but didn't have great luck this go around), Noel has a big meeting today at work, AND I start back with teaching tomorrow. Soooo in all that craziness we worked out a plan where Noel took the boys down to the beach on Sunday and I went down Monday after the sale.
When the boys drove out of the driveway Sunday afternoon I went inside and cried. Yes, mamas need "me" time, but I was in serious need of my babies that night. I decided to not be overly depressed about the situation (even though I did walk to my neighbor and friend Alison's house to borrow Twilight) and got about 2 weeks worth of laundry, organizing, and catching up done.
I do love these little guys...even though Charlie is often too busy to take a picture with me these days
:-)

Love your shoes and super cute outfit! Is it like a kids consignment sale that you go to? they have one at a church near me where I live every six months, it's huge and I get all my girl's clothes at that sale and it's been a life and budget saver! Thanks for stopping by my blog and commenting! I love that you are in NC. I'm originally from Greensboro and went to NCSU! But we are now in Georgia. You have such a lovely family!
