I am a jewelry minimalist and like outfits that can just "be" by themselves. I love this jean dress for that reason. I usually wear only one "statement" item of jewelry with each outfit (and I'm wearing a pretty cute pair of coral studs with this one....the photographer just didn't capture those....not calling any names....Noel). Another thing I love about this jean dress is that it will take me straight into fall with a pair of riding boots and a cutie scarf.

Cute! I'm loving all things denim this year! Can't wait to try it with a lot of different combos. Right now it's still too darn hot to do much layering!
Amen on the jewelry. I am such a pearl girl that I hardly ever wear statement pieces. Just saw a dress similar to this at Target and am really pondering all of the options for it.
As for the seasonal transitions: striped tees and chambray blouses.

Yep as I don't really have a summer vs fall wardrobe. Well I guess I bring out pants instead of shorts-- but otherwise in California where the seasons don't change too much the wardrobe doesn't have to either.
