Here are a few of my Favorite Things from the month of June!
1. Coming Home
My NYC trip was fantastic, but coming home to my boys was downright amazing. I also love how Noel told me, "I don't know how you do it, but I know why you do it." So glad he took good care of my babies while I was gone.
2. Fruit Parfait
My afternoon snack of choice would be Dove chocolate, chocolate chip cookies, or something along those lines. But in an effort not to gain 400 pounds this summer, I thought fruit would be a nice alternative. This parfait is amazing, with some vanilla yogurt, granola, and fruit. Yummm!!!
3. Dry Shampoo by Big Sexy Hair
When I wake up in the morning, my hair is a mess. A MESS. It looks like I'm auditioning for the role of Mufasa in the Lion King. It's that crazy. I was too lazy to wash my hair in NYC, so I borrowed some of Amanda's dry shampoo. It was amazing....ah may zing. I'm ditching my Tressemme mess and getting some of this!
4. Elizabeth Banks
Love. her. Over the past few months, I've seen her in Hunger Games, What to Expect When You're Expecting, and Man on a Ledge (funny name, GREAT movie). She's been beyond fantastic in all of them and I've started getting her weekly emails and hope every day that she will tweet me back...(creeper alert)!
5. This picture
I'm madly in love with these two little guys and love that they are best friends.

Glad you had a fun time! That sign on the fridge is darling - what a sweet thing to come home to :)
Love your sweet "Welcome Home" sign! What a great thing to come back to!
What kind of granola do you use in your parfait? I've tried to make this but have always struck out on my granola choices. I just can't seem to find the right one!

Good to know about that brand of dry shampoo. I've been trying out a few, but I'll have to try this one next!
Greasy hair don't care!! (;
NOT.
Will be trying that brand of dry shampoo. (:
Your welcome home was heart melting and your boys, too adorable. (:
I love Elizabeth Banks! And those boys sure look worth coming home to. :)
I got some Kenra dry shampoo and didn't like it at all at first, now I use it every single day. Even if I wash my hair, I still use it. It gives great texture and gives me the body I want.
Yay for your first link up and for 6 people already participating.
Hope you have a wonderful weekend. Loves!
I am definitely going to try this Big Sexy Hair dry shampoo. I go days without washing my hair. If I washed it everyday, I would not be able to manage it at all.
That sounded gross.
i've always wanted to try that dry shampoo. and that parfait looks delicious!

I have never heard of that dry shampoo might have to try it out.
Glad your boys missed you :)
I've never tried the Big Sexy Hair dry shampoo! I will definitely try it next. I forget which kind I have been using. Rockaholic, I think. I used to love it but it started caking up in my hair.

I love Elizabeth Banks too! I've loved her since her days on Srubs. I'll have to try that dry shampoo. I've heard it's not good for your hair so I've been avoiding it, hoping I won't get addicted if I start :)

I am still skeptical about this dry shampoo business. Do you think if I try it I will become a believer?
