I found this recently and immediately loved it.
(Since I'm not a coffee drinker, I'll change it out for "a phone call with a friend"!)
I think it's a great idea to "Find the Time".
While taking a walk, Charlie will stop and pick up every leaf, point at every car, touch every crack in the sidewalk, and come to a complete stop if an airplane flies by.
Walker doesn't take his eyes off of me while I rock and sing to him.
Wouldn't it be nice to be more child-like?

Your kids are beautiful. We let days pass (well, I do) sometimes with so little to show for it in introspection, in progress on a lifetime goal, this is inspiring.
