I recently came across an interview with Rita Moreno who played Anita in the movie.

I can't wait to see him do that! I love the music and the dancing in this musical, but the story is too sad for me!
I just read the article ahbout Rita and was blown away! She is amazing in this show! And I know you love that Glee totally did this two weeks ago! We did WSS my junior year in high school. I tried out but didn't get a part. But I was ok b/c I got watch it instead. I LOVED IT! And Leonard Bernstein is one my absolute favorite American composers of this time! Thanks for sharing this!
