2 months~

I can't believe Charlie is 2 months old!!!

His personality is coming out in full force and I am loving every bit of it.

He is such a smiley boy. He smiles and laughs at people and in his sleep. It is adorable.

Change from last month..He now LOVES his bath. I'm pretty sure it's his favorite part of the day. He likes splishing and splashing and loves the way the water feels on his legs.

He is really good at tummy time. I am amazed at how high he can lift his head off the ground.

He loves music, watching mommy dance, playing with dad, and snuggling.

Noel blessed Charlie in church this month. It was such a special day. The blessing was incredible and was great to have all our family and friends here to celebrate.

Charlie had his first overnight trip this month. I went to see my sisters' dress rehearsal for their spring recital last Thursday. Charlie stayed at my parents' house and played with Mimi and watched Survivor with Grandpa while I was at the rehearsal. He also did a great job sleeping in his pack n play that night!

The only bad part of the month was when he had to get his shots. My mom came with me to the appointment. He cried so hard when they gave him his shots, which made me cry, which made my mom cry...but he stopped crying the second I picked him up and held him. He fell asleep a few minutes after and was great after that. I never want to see him go through any kind of pain again!

He now weighs 14 pounds 6 oz...97%! and is 23 3/4" long...95%

Noel and I went to see Wicked a few weeks ago.

It was, of course, incredible.

I saw the show for the first time in New York. I dropped off my bags at the hotel, walked to the theatre, bought a ticket, and sat down on the 4th row.

This time, we asked grandma a month in advance to babysit, I pumped for hours over the span of a few days, and I thought about my little man the entire time. We still sat on the 4th row.

So much has changed since the last time I saw Wicked....and I am so grateful for that! I love being Charlie's mommy. I can't get enough of him!

When I got back to my hotel in NYC, I came home to an empty room. When I got back from the show a few weeks ago, I came home to this....

Life is good.

One Month!~

Time has flown by!

Yesterday, he looked straight at me and gave me the biggest smile ever.

I was so excited that I started crying. I think my crying scared him a little because I got a weird look after that.

Baby Charlie has turned into a pretty good sleeper. He typically only wakes up once during the night.

Sometimes he like to party and wakes up twice!

He loves staring at the fan and at the headboard on our bed, and can lift his head up so high to look at them.

He LOVES music...but his favorite song is Popcorn Popping.

He hates getting a bath and yells the entire time...but loves his baby massage and story time afterwards.

He loves snuggling with mom and dad...especially mommy :-) and gives daddy the evil eye whenever dad gives his mom a kiss!

I love my little Charlie and am so blessed to be his mom!~

The biggest disappointment on tv this season.

There are NO good contestants.

No one stands out.

They have kicked off the only people worth watching (Alex Lambert and Didi whatever her last name is)

They need Adam Lambert to come back and save the show.

Thank goodness for GLEE!!!

For starting up a new season next week (April 13).

Best show on tv....along with Modern Family...can't wait!~

The Baby Story~

The little man has arrived!

Saturday morning (March 13th), I woke up around 6am with terrible pains in my lower abdomen and lower back. I thought I was psyching myself out thinking it was a contraction. (His due date was March 10th).

I got up from bed and started reading fashion blogs online. The pain came again about 20 minutes later. Throughout the whole day I felt irregular, painful contractions. They got more painful and more frequent as the day went on.

Around 630 that night, Noel and I headed towards the hospital! My contractions were about 7 minutes apart by then.

I was admitted into the hospital and was about 5-6 centimeters dilated. I got an epidural (yay for epidurals!!) and was in labor until about 4 am.

Noel, my mom, my sister Sarah, and Noel's mom were in the room with me. It was great having a support team and made the process a lot easier to go through. Around 4 am, I started pushing and at 5:26 am, baby Charlie was born.

He was 8 lbs 7oz and 21 1/4 inches long!

It was an incredible experience. My favorite doctor delivered Charlie, I had my family there, and Charlie was healthy and beautiful!

Thanks to everyone for your love and support.

Here's a pic of our little guy in his crib!

I LOVE the Oscars.

Especially the Red Carpet!

Here's my list of Worst/Best Dressed this year.

Charlize Theron: I don't understand the light purple flowers going on up top. Completely destroyed the entire dress.

Zoe Saldana: What was she thinking? What makes me so mad about this get up is that Zoe Saldana is SOOO beautiful. Why all the feathers??

Mariah Carey: As usual, Mariah Carey is wearing something that is 4 sizes too small for her. Her closet is the size of my house, she has more money than all the people on this list...why can't she buy a decent dress?

Maggie Gyllenhaal: Oh Maggie, this is hideous. Looks like a really bad decision from Wet Seal.

Precious: Don't know her real name. Woof. Mean...but I'm going to need her to start wearing long sleeves.

Nicole Richie: Demon lady needs to calm it down with the super dark hair and the Adams Family mom outfit.

Demi Moore: Love the color, love the fit, love the ruffles.

Elizabeth Banks: Has the same kinda feel as Demi Moore's.

Carey Mulligan: I still have no clue who this girl is...but I'm loving her dress. I feel like it's the same pattern as Zoe Saldana's...just a much better outcome. NOT loving the shoes though.

Sandra Bullock: Everything about this dress is just beautiful. I don't think I've ever seen a dress this color....gorgeous!!

Rachel McAdams: Love her and love this dress.

Kristen Stewart: I can't believe I'm doing this...putting her on the Best Dressed List. Still not a fan...especially after she had that weird gag cough thing going on while presenting...but this dress is awesome.

Almost Time!~

It's almost time for Baby Anderson to be here!

A little over 3 weeks until my due date...I can't believe how time flies!

We have been busily preparing the house and nursery for baby, and many people have been helping with lots of baby showers.

My friend, Jennie, gave me an amazing shower. Pics can be seen here. Others pics of showers to follow!

Can't wait for baby to be here!
