Have you ever been asked what your favorite movie was?
I never have an answer to that question.
Mainly because I love a ton of movies.
BUT...I do have favorite scenes from movies.
Here are my top 5 favorite scenes from movies. (In no particular order)
1. The Swan Scene from "The Notebook".
Noah takes Ally on a canoe ride to show her all the swans in the lake.
Incredibly romantic.
The whole movie is fantastically romantic.

2. Tiffany's scene from "Sweet Home Alabama".
Patrick Dempsey (McDreamy) takes Reese Witherspoon to Tiffany's and says, "Pick one".
He's talking about the rings.
Of course she picks the most expensive/biggest bling ring they have.
I know...because I've tried the ring on in the actual store.
Not that nice!
3. Shower scene from James Bond "Casino Royale"
Nothing scandalous.
She has just finished killing someone.
Self defense of course.
It was her first kill.
She can't get the blood out from under her fingernails...even after washing them many times.
James Bond sucks the blood out for her.
Sounds gross if you haven't seen the movie...but it's not, and I love it!
4. Ending scene from "Wicker Park".
Josh Hartnett and his dancer girlfriend go through the whole movie trying to find each other, while someone else is trying to sabotage their relationship.
Finally, they meet up and discover the truth about all the mix ups.
Josh Hartnett sees his dancer gf in the airport.
She's facing the other way of course.
He approaches her.....slowly...and they reunite with a kiss and the most romantic song ever!!
Shocking...this one isn't romantic.
But it's so sweet.
And it makes me think of my bff Erin.
Tod: "Copper, you're my best friend."
Copper: "And you're mine too, Tod."
Tod: "And we'll always be friends forever. Won't we?"
Copper: "Yeah, forever."
Ohhhhhhhh......the tears. I'm about to start crying just writing this.
I love this movie! And if I ever have twin boys...I'm going to name them Tod and Copper.
What are your favorite scenes?~

My mom and I were just talking about the last Bond movie. I never saw it, but after my mom's review and the video clip you posted, I really want to see it!!
Nice post hon'. Those are some good scenes. I'm glad you picked at least one scene from an action movie, even if it was a sappy love scene! Hahaha.
Wow, I'm trying to think of a specific scene that I love. My favorite all time movie is Last of the Mohicans. I love the part where Daniel Day-Lewis is saying goodbye to Cora and is telling her to survive, no matter what. The indians will capture her in one minute and he knows that he can't save her if he stays. Wow the torture he must have been going through. Anyway, then he jumps through a waterfall and leaves her. Very dramatic. :) I just love every bit of that movie.
I SWEAR I was just thinking about that same scene from Wicker Park! That one is probably my favorite... now I have to do the same blog! : )
Okay, you soooo have to include the scene on the path in the wood, in "becoming jane," james mcavoy, suggesting eloping? HECK YEAH!! or, laurie's proposal to jo in 'little women' (i always end up screaming 'freakin' IDIOT!' at the t.v.) any scene w/ mr. darcy, any scene with mr. knightly, and, look it up on youtube, the letter from major sullivan balloo, of the rhode island 2nd voluteers, to his wife in smithfield. (it was on a ken burns documentary, look it up, seriously, it is one of, if not the most romantic thing EVER!!)great post!
